Amy Cesal is a data visualization designer, instructor and freelance consultant. She co-founded the Data Visualization Society, where she serves on the advisory council. Amy’s innovative and unusual data visualization work has garnered her three Information is Beautiful Awards. Amy specializes in working with subject matter experts to design accessible and legible visualizations of complex data across domains. She holds a Master's Degree in Information Visualization from the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she also teaches in the Data Analytics and Visualization remote master's program.
