As head of employee communications at SAS in Cary, North Carolina, Becky Graebe is passionate about softening the path between leaders and employees, making it easy to hear and understand what's important to each group. She believes in having fun at work, listening to each other, bringing our whole selves and finding ways to be part of the voice for good on topics that matter. From internal communication and the tools and platforms designed to connect that unique audience, to employee advocacy and the technologies designed to help share their voices and perspectives with the bigger world, Becky believes communicators have the power to embrace a better tomorrow for the workforce and the organizations they serve.
