Elio Leturia is an associate professor at Columbia College Chicago where he teaches multimedia journalism and graphic design. He has worked for major news organizations in the U.S. and abroad. His passion for the arts and communications has led him to produce photography, illustration, website design, informational graphics, blogging, and documentary video. His bilingual work has been recognized by The Society for News Design, National Association of Hispanic Journalists, American Institute of Graphic Arts, Society of Professional Journalists, and Associated Church Press. As a multifaceted professional, his goal is to produce complete communication packages through the perfect marriage between words and images.
