Before joining Briggs & Stratton in August 2023, Rebecca held the position of Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications at Arrowhead Engineered Products, where she was instrumental in shaping the company’s global narrative and strengthening its market presence. Her earlier tenure at Ragan Consulting Group saw her rise through the ranks, culminating in a role as Managing Partner, where she honed her expertise in internal communications and organizational culture.
